Core Flow

Core Flow incorporates yoga postures, breath and a variety of dynamic movements to access your deep core muscles. Postures and sequencing will be geared toward

 strengthening and stabilizing the abdominals, glutes and thighs. Having a strong core helps to stabilize the body which can prevent injuries and reduce low back pain. This is a challenging strength based practice.

Vinyasa (translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic, and classes can have a variety of music and themes.

Enjoy the feelings of rejuvenation and steadiness that arise from a Yin Yoga. Practice as you slow down, move from noise to silence, from agitation to calm, from complexity to simplicity. This practice integrates the ancient Yoga teachings with Meridian Theory as taught in Chinese Medicine. Engage the body’s natural healing power as you actively nourish and harmonize the body's vital life force or chi. As the whole body rests and opens with long held poses, the natural healing power of chi is used to rejuvenate and repair the area of focus.

Come slow down and nourish yourself! Restorative yoga is the use of props to support the body in positions of ease and comfort to facilitate relaxation and health. It is a practice of deliberate stillness and requires no muscular effort. In this class, we will settle into some supported floor poses (gentle twists, supported forward folds and back bends,  slight/supported inversions, and different versions of Savasana) for intervals of about 5- 15 minutes while releasing tension, gently breathing, and allowing gravity to draw us towards the steadiness of the earth underneath. This style of yoga provides a time for BEING instead of DOING. 


SUP Yoga

Yoga on the water is extremely powerful and healing because you experience a deeper connection with MahaPrana (the cosmic energy of the elements). This class is designed for yoga practitioners of all levels and styles who would like to experience a dynamic, joyful, and safe yoga practice on the water. During this class you will strengthen your paddle boarding skills. Learn how to stand up with confidence on the paddle board and how to utilize the board for yoga. Discover vital strokes for controlling speed and maneuvering with ease and grace. Join us and discover the healing power of yoga on water.

Yin yoga penetrates deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility and aiding healing while stimulating the meridians and increasing energy flow.

Yang yoga is the more traditional hatha or ashtanga based asana practice that develops muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility.

Yin/Yang Yoga is a class that balances Yin yoga practices for the first half of the class with traditional Yang yoga practices for the second half of the class. This class starts with deep, introspective, and quiet yoga that evolves into an energizing and uplifting yoga that sets you on your way for the rest of your day.


Meditate + Flow

Meditate + Flow will highlight the concepts of mindfulness and flow to create a moving meditation. Flow is both symbolic of fluid movement during asana practice and the psychological state of being fully present and immersed in an activity. Combined with mindfulness meditation, this allows us to investigate and observe our experiences as they are. You can expect a slow and meditative practice which encourages deepening the awareness and connection of the mind-body.

Yin w/ Reiki

60 Min.

Yin postures increase flexibility, release deep-seated energies, and prepare the body and mind for relaxation and meditation. These  passive yet challenging yin postures consist mainly of floor poses, which  are held for 3-5 minutes at a time, encouraging the practitioner to dive inward on a physical and a mental level.

As students release into the therapeutic benefits of their yin practice, they will be brought into a deeper state of peace and relaxation by the sharing of Reiki energy. Reiki is a hands-on, Japanese technique of healing through stress  reduction and relaxation and has had profound benefits in those who practice it.

The system is based on the concept of universal energy, this energy that  animates and permeates every living being. When that energy is low, one is more likely to feel stressed or sick. Likewise, when one’s energy is flowing well,  health, vitality and peace are more likely to occur. With our energy in balance, we can experience ourselves and the world around us with more openness and love.

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

Hatha Flow

A gentle class  focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. We do sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students.    All levels- BEGINNERS WELCOME!

Wall Yoga

This innovative piece of equipment uses an Iyengar-based system of adjustable straps and harnesses to take your practice to a new level by increasing core strength, stamina, centering, and isometric conditioning. The Yoga Wall enables beginners to easily pursue accurate body alignment, achieve postural stability early on, and avoid excessive strain on the wrist and ankle joints. More experienced students will find that the Yoga Wall continually challenges their strength and flexibility by allowing them to fine-tune more advanced poses, such as inversions and deep backbends. Your bound to leave the studio walking taller and feeling more supple in your spine


Sculpt Yoga

60 Min.

Sculpt has a strong focus on strength and intensity. 

This breath to movement class that combines free weights with yoga and cardio to increase stamina and strength. Sculpt is a total body workout designed to sculpt and define every major muscle group. This class is high energy with upbeat music.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga is a type of yoga which uses a hammock or yoga swing to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat.

Aerial yoga is thought to be particularly beneficial for students who spend a long time sitting, or who have back pain, because it has a decompressing effect on the body.

Integral Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a moving meditation which uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to strengthen your mind-body connection, reduce stress, and improve circulation thereby enhancing your overall health. This class focuses on movement, mindfulness, and the power of breath. Tai Chi allows you to grow your self-awareness to better manage your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and rejuvenate your body with improved strength, balance, and flexibility.
